2018 Football NSW Working with Children Check Policy

In the interests of promoting child safety within the sport of Football, the Board of Football NSW has implemented a new Working with Children Check policy which will expand the categories of individuals requiring the NSW Government’s Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Please note that in order to impose on participants the various registration terms and conditions that are set out in MFC, including the terms and conditions around the WWCC and compliance with disciplinary rules and regulations, it is important that they themselves agree to be bound by those terms and conditions. Football NSW, therefore, takes this opportunity to stress to organisations the importance of requiring all participants to self-register on MFC. Failure to do so may result in a club, Association or Football NSW being unable to enforce the those terms and conditions, including being unable to subject an individual to your and our disciplinary processes.
