We approached this weekend knowing with slightly more certainty that we would be playing against Kieran Jellis. Our one time friend, our now determined enemy, we knew he could decide the game. Forest made the mistake of not starting Kieran and as such the first half was goalless, they had nothing and we had everything.
At half time we spoke about being better and stuff but it was difficult because we were just so dominant.
The second half saw about a hundred throws from Lachlan Macdugle, our in house howitzer, but we saw no results. Their keeper kept keeping out our continuous cannonade, we couldn't cause them concern. The whole half felt like this, they only had one chance and a Mr Jordan Daly kept out their only shot of the whole game with ease that would suggest the shot was far lesser than it was.
