Welcome to the BTH Raiders.

(Belrose-Terrey Hills Raiders Soccer Club)

Registration for the 2024 season is NOW OPEN!

 

Each year every player within Australia are required to register through the Playfootball system (FFA) to be allowed to play each season.  The Winter season runs from April to August each year.  Although games start generally the first week of April it is important to register as soon as possible as MWFA have cut off dates for registrations and team entries. Early registrations helps the club immensely in the grading and formation of all teams. Take advantage of the Early Bird $10 discount and help the club at the same time.

Please read the Essential Registration Information section below before you start to ensure a smooth process. The link to start the registration process is at the bottom of the Essential Registration Information below.

 

All NEW to BTH U6 players will receive their entire kit: shirt, socks, shorts.

BTH is moving towards being a "green" club.

Essential Registration Information

Playfootball 

All players must register online through playfootball.com.au. If you have played previously, please do not create a new PlayFootball account. If you cannot remember your login details contact PlayFootball Support on 02 8880 7983 and they will be able to help you.

Please make sure that the necessary documentation, photos and any updated personal information is ready prior to registering online.

Girls who wish to play in the Sunday Womens Competition and the Saturday Mixed Competition must register in the Mixed Competition as the primary registration then select the appropriate product for the Womens Competition.

Additional Items Needed

U10 & U11

If you did not play within MWFA in 2023 you need to complete the 2024 MWFA Application to Register form.

 

U12

IF YOU PLAYED IN MWFA IN 2023 you will need to provide proof of age (photo or scan of passport, birth certificate or drivers licence)  as you will now be playing in competition teams.

IF YOU DID NOT PLAY IN MWFA IN 2023,  you will need to complete the 2024 MWFA Applicaton to Register form and provide proof of age (photo or scan of passport, birth certificate or drivers licence)  as you are now entering competition age category.

 

New Players U13 Onwards Who Did Not Play in 2023

All new players to MWFA from U13 onwards who did not play in MWFA in 2023 must send proof of age (photo or scan of passport, birth certificate or drivers licence) and also the 2024 MWFA Application to Register form.

 

If this information/documentation is not completed by players their registration will remain incomplete until this information is received and approved by BTH and MWFA. ID and form need to be emailed to registrar.

Dual Registration

Those girls wishing to play in both the Saturday Mixed Comp and Sunday Womens Comp must register in the Mixed Comp initially and select the age appropriate "Additional Product" during the registration process to add in the Womens Competition. There is a nominal registration fee with the 2nd registration.

De-Registration

There will be a de-registration fee of $45.00 if the de-registration process is completed by 30th April 2024. This is a process, it can take up to 5 business days. Balance of registration fee paid will be refunded.

From 1st May to 30 June, there will be a de-registration fee as determined by the MWFA and your age group. Registration fee paid less the fee will be your refund. 

From 1st July, no refund is available if you de-register.

We cannot refund the Active Kids Voucher as there is no process to obtain this money back from Service NSW.

Active Kids Voucher

Any unused 2023 Active Kids Vouchers can be used before 31st January 2024.

The Active Kids Voucher program provides a $50 voucher towards the cost of registration for eligible U6 to U18 players. Players must obtain their voucher BEFORE registering and you must use the voucher code at the time of registering online.   To apply for your voucher, please click the below link for all additional information. Unfortunately a refund of $50 cannot be given if the Active Kids Voucher is not used during the registration process.

Coaches and Managers

All Coaches and Managers must register online.  If you are coaching/managing Under 6s to Under 18s team, please ensure that you have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) before you register online as it is entered as part of the registration process.  Coaches and Managers information. You can now renew your WWC check online and also by visiting a Service NSW Centre. Please follow this link to see more info on renewing your WWC.

Active Kids Vouchers

AKV provides $50 voucher towards the cost of your registration for Under 6 to Under 18s.  Please obtain Voucher code prior to registering.

BTH Fact Sheets

BTH has created a fact sheet for all additional information including allocation of teams, age groups and grading.

Trainer

All new players are required to create an account in the playfootball system prior to registering. 
Depending on age, other documentation may be required to confirm your registration.

Assistant Coach

Returning Player Information
All returning players are required to use their registered FFA Number.  
If you need to change any information including new email addresses, this should be done when registering online

Youth Football

Our vision for Belrose Terrey Hills Family Club is to be recognised by players, coaches & families to be the most progressive, forward thinking, ambitious soccer club on the Northern Beaches.

 

We have a strong network of players & supporters and continue to grow each year.

Women's Football

In 2022, and with our short term plan in progress, we were able to achieve Division 1 teams in our Under 13, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18s.

 

BTH will also be recruiting for our WAL1 to WAL4 teams as well as our Womens 40s  where we will have multiple divisions.

Our recruitment policy also includes increasing the skill level of all our women from U8 to U18s.

Men's Football

BTH have various mens football teams ranging from our All Ages Mens in various divisions from Div 1 down to Div 8.

There are also various Over 35 and Over 45 teams that play each winter season

 

All Age Men's:     Divisions 1-8

Over 35:              Divisions 1-4

Over 45:              Division 1-4
